What a wonderful way to conclude the final full week of the year! Thankfully, the weather was kind to us and we all had a fantastic day learning new skills, enjoying the outdoors and having lots of fun together. Everyone was exhausted by the end of the day, but hopefully the children all came home smiling with lots to tell about their final trip in year 3!

We began the day learning some circus skills: plate spinning, juggling, stilt walking and 'stick dancing', to name just a few...

We then moved into the woods to attempt the assault course...

and had a go at fire building...

and finally concluded the afternoon running about and using maps to find different 'stamps' in the orienteering course!

Just a few days left before the summer holidays but we still have some lovely events to look forward to, such as the KS2 Spelling Bee, the Leavers Mass and an afternoon of Olympic activities on Monday afternoon.
